Even though no personnel is situated at the Smart Travel self service points, our customers can still feel even safer than at traditional car rental companies. Since parking lots are monitored by surveillance cameras and all cars are equipped with code locks, it's almost impossible to sneak into a Smart Travel car unnoticed. In the event of problem situations, the security company's representatives will arrive within a few minutes.

To further ensure our guests' safety, guards are often on duty in the service point areas on Friday and Saturday evenings, when the city centers tend to be full of activiy and people.

In spite of the camera control, we ensure the full privacy of our customers. The camera recordings are handed over exclusively to the police authorities - and only in the event of criminal investigations.
